This website itself does not collect personal data. There are no registration forms, no accounts, and no tracking cookies on getintelbrief.com. Cloudflare may collect aggregated, non-identifying edge analytics (country, browser type, request count) as part of their infrastructure.
Separately, our automated content-publishing backend processes a limited set of data from third-party platforms where we publish our own content. See the TikTok section below.
If you subscribe to a paid tier via Telegram, payment processing is handled by the respective payment provider. We do not store or process card details.
When you interact with our Telegram bot or join the channel, your data is processed by Telegram under their Privacy Policy. We receive only your Telegram user ID and public username (if set). We do not share this data with third parties.
This site is served via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes requests at the network edge and may log aggregated traffic statistics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
We operate a single TikTok account (@intelbrief) to which we publish our own AI-generated analytical video content via TikTok's Content Posting API. To do this, our backend uses TikTok's OAuth 2.0 flow and the video.publish and user.info.basic scopes.
We store only the data strictly required to publish on our own behalf: the account's TikTok open_id and the OAuth access and refresh tokens. These tokens are stored securely as encrypted environment secrets and are used solely to publish our own content and to refresh access automatically.
Basic creator information (username and avatar) is retrieved transiently at publish time to render the required confirmation screen and is not stored. We do not collect, store, or process data belonging to other TikTok users, and we do not read TikTok analytics, followers, or private data.
All content we publish is labeled as containing AI-generated (synthetic) media and as promotional content for our own brand, in accordance with TikTok's content disclosure requirements. We do not add unauthorized watermarks or promotional overlays to third-party content; all published material is our own original work. TikTok's handling of data on its platform is governed by TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
Stored TikTok tokens are deleted upon disconnection of the account or upon request. To revoke our access at any time, you may remove the app authorization from your TikTok account settings.
All content published by INTEL BRIEF is analytical and educational in nature. Nothing on this site or in the Telegram channel constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a financial instrument of any kind.
This website does not collect personal data, so there is no website data to access, correct, or delete. For data processed through our TikTok integration, you may disconnect the account at any time via TikTok's settings, which revokes our access and triggers deletion of the stored tokens.
